How long does delivery take?

We process orders within 1-2 business days, and delivery times depend on your location:

Major Cities: 2-5 business days
Outlying Areas: 4-7 business days
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

What if I order the wrong size?

No worries! We offer easy exchanges. If your sneakers don’t fit, contact us at info@azanostudio.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order. Make sure the shoes are unworn and in their original packaging.

Do you ship outside South Africa?

Right now, we only ship within South Africa, but if you're outside the country and interested in ordering, email us at info@azanostudio.co.za, and we’ll see how we can assist!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept debit/credit cards, EFT payments, and mobile payments for a secure and convenient checkout experience. All transactions are encrypted for your safety.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

We take great care in packing your order, but if anything arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@azanostudio.co.za with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll sort it out quickly!
